Terms and Conditions of Business tuningfiles-server.eu
1. Definition

6. Product

8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of tuningfiles-server.eu until full payment
9. Terms of payment
Immediately after receipt of the invoice without deduction.
10. Copyright
All products supplied and used by Motor-Tuner.at such as software, control unit hardware, but also the corporate design may not be copied or imitated. This triggers a penalty of EUR 25,000.
11. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Wolfsberg.
12. Final provision
Should provisions in these general terms and conditions or provisions in the context of other agreements be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements. Instead of the invalid provision, the parties undertake to set one which comes closest to it economically.
